Kwale County Governor Fatuma Achani has handed over Ksh 3 million to Vanga Primary School, fulfilling a promise made by President Wiliam Ruto in 2018.
The promise was made when Ruto was the Deputy President to improve the infrastructural development of the school.
Addressing the Vanga primary school parents and board of management, Achani commended the president for keeping his promise to Vanga people and Kwale as a whole.
“I want to thank President Ruto for keeping his promise “, noted Achani.
The governor’s sentiments were echoed by the Lunga lunga member of parliament Mangale Munga Chiforodo.
The governor has also promised to sort out the water shortages in the school.
Area MCA Yusuf Mbwana lauded the President for honoring the promise and vowed to continue working with the county administration to deliver quality service tp Vanga ward.
